Our mission is to help you to heal your relationship with food and enjoy life feeling fit, healthy and body confident. TWPP is a growing tribe of happy, fulfilled and content women who enjoy:

Hello beautiful lady I'm so glad you're here, welcome to my website and The Women's Power Project. Share your struggles and work on feeling your best confident self knowing I'm always on hand to guide you through the journey.

A Bit About Me I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2017 whilst being based overseas in the UK Armed Forces after struggling myself for years with a knee injury, disordered eating and low body confidence. I found my passion for helping others. I started my PT journey working part time at The Sweat Bank alongside my full time job in the Armed Forces. Fast forward to today my client base and love of the industry has flourished and so I took on the role as Head Coach for The Women's Power Project offering online coaching packages and additional support for my in-person ladies.

I believe that everyone can enjoy movement and food freedom with support, patience and commitment.

Likes: Time with family & friends, Lifting heavy stuff, White chocolate, Sweaty Betty leggings Dislikes: Bad coffee, Late nights, Olives
