Gym & Training Confidence
If you've ever walked into a gym, panicked & headed straight for the treadmill — this is exactly what this speciality is for.
What this looks like
We take the guesswork out: which machine, which weight, how many sets, where to stand & what to do if your kit is taken. You'll have your plan on an app with video demos, so you never have to wing it.
Step by step you move from needing me beside you, to training happily on your own in the weights area. That independence is the whole point — confidence you keep long after the sessions end.
What's included
- Gym inductions & walk-throughs so nothing feels unfamiliar
- App-based plans with video demos for every exercise
- Learning the weights floor, not just the cardio machines
- Building up to training confidently on your own
Dropped 2 dress sizes & regained confidence
“Emma is an amazing coach, she listens to every detail & tailors a personal programme for you. She has not only helped me build up my confidence to get back into the gym but helped me drop 2 dress sizes & just look & feel amazing again.”

Frequently Asked Questions
I've never set foot in a gym — is that a problem?
Not at all — it's the most common starting point. We can begin at home, walk the gym floor together, and take every step at your pace until the gym feels like your space too.
Will I train with you or on my own?
Both. Early on I'm right beside you coaching every rep. As your confidence grows you shift towards training independently with your plan & video demos on the app — with me still a message away.
What if I feel anxious or embarrassed in the gym?
You're not alone — most women feel this at first. We plan around it: quieter times, familiar kit first, a clear plan so you always know your next move. The anxiety fades faster than you'd expect.
How long until I feel confident training alone?
It varies, but most women are training happily on their own within a few months. There's no rush & no deadline — we move at the pace that keeps it feeling good.
Got a question that's not answered here? Just ask — there's no such thing as a silly question.
