Lifestyle & Habits Coaching

Results don't come from a perfect week! We know they come from habits that survive holidays, work deadlines, illness & family life.

What this looks like

We know that life can be busy and stressful, but we also know that you have goals you want to achieve.   We teach you how to start building habits slowly and sustainably overtime so that when life gets busy you can survive holidays, work deadlines, illness & family life.

You'll get accountability through regular check-ins, during our sessions and via the TWPP app, daily messages/voice notes — plus honest conversations when something aren't working.  The aim is to create a life where you feel your best, the habits run themselves & you no longer need to think your way through every decision.

What's included

  • Habit building matched to your actual schedule, not an ideal one
  • Weekly check-ins & accountability between sessions
  • Strategies for holidays, shift work, stress & busy seasons
  • Focus on consistency over perfection

Exceeding my own expectations!

Emma keeps you accountable to your own goals & helps you navigate your progress which when juggling family & work commitments is an immense support. It's great to have someone by your side that helps you achieve your goals & then gently nudges you into thinking about how you can exceed them.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I fall off track?

Nothing dramatic — falling off track is expected & planned for. We look at why it happened, adjust the plan so it fits your life better, and move on. There is no guilt & no starting from zero.

How much time do the habits take each day?

Habits are deliberately small — most take five minutes or less & slot into things you already do, like your morning coffee or the school run. The point is they survive your busiest weeks, not just your quiet ones.

How does the accountability actually work?

Regular check-ins, daily messages & voice notes between sessions. You always have someone in your corner — to answer questions, celebrate wins & give an honest nudge when things slide.

How is this different from just following a plan or an app?

A plan tells you what to do; habit coaching changes how you live so the plan actually happens. It's the difference between knowing & doing — and it's why the results last after coaching ends.
