Women's Health & Navigating Menopause
Your hormones aren't an obstacle to work around they're information we train with. Perimenopause & menopause deserve a plan of their very own.
What this looks like
We work with your cycle & your symptoms rather than against them: adjusting training intensity, prioritising strength & bone health, supporting sleep, & managing fatigue, joint aches, hot flushes & mood changes.
Just as importantly, you'll understand what's happening & why. That knowledge takes away a lot of the fear & means you can make confident decisions about your health long after our coaching finishes. Better still if you want to take a dipper dive into your Hormones we have Laura the Naturopathic Nutritionist on hand to give you support and guidance on testing and supplements should you wish.

Mid 40s women training after health issues
“I've been with Emma for 3 months now doing weekly sessions plus home support & independent workout programmes after a year of health issues. She's super supportive & communicative & really listens to my goals likes & dislikes. We keep in contact between sessions & she's available to answer my questions all the time. I was nervous about booking in case I hated it but she pushes me just enough & our sessions are genuinely the highlight of my week.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Is exercise safe during perimenopause & menopause?
Yes — in fact it becomes more important, not less. Strength training protects your bones, heart & muscle, and your programme is adjusted around symptoms like fatigue, joint aches & hot flushes week by week.
Can training actually help with my symptoms?
For many women, yes. Regular strength work, better sleep habits & stress management can ease hot flushes, improve mood, protect bone density & boost energy. We'll track how you feel & adapt as we go.
Do I need to be on HRT to work with you?
No — that's a decision for you & your GP. Coaching works alongside whatever medical choices you make, supporting the lifestyle side: training, sleep, nutrition, recovery & stress.
I've put on weight & lost confidence since menopause — can you help?
Absolutely — this is one of the most common reasons women come to TWPP. We'll rebuild strength, energy & confidence with a plan designed for where your body is now, not where it was ten years ago.
