I've both enjoyed my sessions with Emma & found them effective. I was looking for a strength & training coach in the South Staffordshire area & am grateful to have worked with Emma for the last 8 months on a cycling focussed programme. Her patience & knowledge has improved my performance & resilience, as well as addressing minor injuries that have cropped up from time to time. For personal PT in the Burton on Trent area i'd recommend Emma 100%.

Emma is an amazing coach, she listens to very detail & tailors a personal programme for you. She has not only helped me build up my confidence to get back into the gym but help me drop 2 dress sizes & just look & feel amazing again.

I decided I needed to do something & get help with my nutrition, I’ve always been in the gym but knew I needed to get on track with my eating habits. Not only as part of my package I have a personal tailor made gym programme, I have PT & nutrition advice. although I’ve been a regular gym goer, this has enabled me to get out of my comfort zone & gain masses of confidence training by myself. My coach is amazing, with all her advice & support, & the difference I’ve found from other coaches, is she actually cares.

I started my fitness journey around a year ago, & Emma is a PT at the gym I attend. Throughout these past 12 months, Emma has always been on hand to support me in the transition from my previous experience of a 'commercial' gym settings, to a more cross-fit style gym. Free weights were always a fear of mine, but through her supportive & empowering coaching style, Emma showed me how to thrive in an area I had previously never set foot in. Emma has an extensive knowledge base, & through this she is able to tailor exercises to ensure that they not only help you reach your goals, but are adapted to your needs. An example of this was a couple of months ago, whilst I was awaiting abdominal surgery, I asked Emma (off-the-cuff) if she knew any adapted exercises that I could do, that would limit strain on my lower abdomen, whilst still working towards my goals. Without hesitation, she stopped what she was doing & took the time to demonstrate a range of exercises, & closely monitored me as I trailed them. Regardless of whether you are a paying client of hers, or just attending the gym, Emma will always make time for you, with a smile on her face & an unwavering energy driven by her passion to equip everyone with the necessary tools to become the most strong & confident version of themselves. I recently completed an 8-week boot camp with Emma, & I can honestly say it’s been a life-changing experience. From day one, Emma provided unwavering support—not just with training, but with nutrition, mindset, & accountability. Her regular check-ins, expert guidance, & genuine encouragement helped me stay focused & motivated throughout. I’ve lost a significant amount of weight & made incredible progress with my fitness, especially in running, which I never thought I’d enjoy! Emma keeps you accountable to your own goals & helps you navigate your progress which when juggling family & work commitments is an immense support. It's great to have someone by your side that helps you achieve your goals & then gently nudges you into thinking about you can exceed them

I started having PT session with Emma in May 2025. I had been a member of gyms for over 15 years & never really took it seriously or attended regularly. My main aim was to loose weight only 1 stone & become stronger & healthier & more comfortable & confident in a gym environment. Emma put me a ease but equally held me accountable for my goals & health choices, she was the only PT I've ever had to really change my mindset & body to enjoy the gym & I have seen physical results after 4 months with Emma. I attend 4 classes a week now at the gym 3 with Emma & also enjoy working out at home & in the gym with a knowledge & confidence that I will keep getting stronger & better.

I started working with Emma almost 4 years ago. I hated the gym having been a runner for many years. Through Emma’s coaching, patience & encouragement. I now love the gym & the challenges I’m presented with. Would totally recommend working with Emma wherever you are on your fitness & mindfulness journey.

Emma is such a wonderful coach & person. I joined the gym last year to aid my husband with his rehabilitation after having a stroke. I was clueless in the gym, however Emma was always happy to advise me if I had any questions. Fast forward I’d booked 6 sessions with her, I then booked an additional 12. I’m still on my journey with Emma once a week. That hour session really does fill my cup & allows me to grow in confidence. It’s also lovely to build a friendship & have a good balance of work & play throughout the session. I leave my sessions feeling proud, strong & determined thanks to Emma’s guidance & teaching.

I’ve been with Emma for 3 months now doing weekly sessions plus home support & independent workout programmes after a year of health issues. She’s super supportive & communicative & really listens to my goals likes & dislikes. We keep in contact between sessions & she’s available to answer my questions all the time. I was nervous about booking in case I hated it but she pushes me just enough & our sessions are genuinely the highlight of my week.

Working with Emma as my personal trainer has been a great experience. She really listens, remembers the details I share, & tailors her approach accordingly. She always takes the time to answer any questions I have, whether during our sessions or afterwards if I message her. I genuinely look forward to our sessions every week. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for a supportive, attentive, & professional personal trainer.

With a phenomenal coach & a community of beautiful & powerful women who are just so inspiring. The project has changed my life in the best way possible learning all the new life skills & achieving training goals. The way I feel now is just fantastic & I truly believe it has given me my life back as I've never felt so fit & healthy.

I have been part of this community for 2.5 years, initially focusing on weight loss, & lost 6 stone in my first year! I have maintained that loss down to the guidance, support, & habit changes I made - & also because my whole mindset & relationship with myself changed. A complete holistic approach that gives us all so much information, knowledge & choice so we can change mindset, grow in confidence & be a strong powerful woman.

I joined this programme to get motivated again, I wasn't disappointed. This programme provided everything I needed & so much more. A well-structured meal plan & an exercise regime all tailored to suit your personal needs & fitness levels. The programme has an amazing support network with motivational speakers & classes online that can be accessed when it's convenient for you.

The Women’s Power Project is fantastic. I have felt supported & accepted within the community from the start & this has enabled me to heal & grow. I highly recommend the membership to any woman ready to self invest to empower themselves.

Three & a half stone heavier with absolutely no love for myself or my body. My life had been constant yo-yo dieting, on & off exercising & always wanting to be a size smaller than I was. I joined the Women's Power Project, not just for myself but for my daughter as well. I wanted my daughter to be brought up knowing the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle that she could maintain without choosing to restrict herself. My journey has been full of ups & downs. I have learned to love the body I am in through a lot of work on my mindset. I have learned that I absolutely LOVE exercise! Without the community I would still be stuck in the same cycle. I've been working with Emma for about 6 months now & I'm so happy I made the decision to invest in myself & my health! Emma is brilliant - experienced, organised & has been able to tailor our sessions to my every need. I started back at the gym after a long break away having historically been very active & Emma has been welcoming, patient & non-judgemental. I've then transitioned into training whilst pregnant & Emma is the absolute professional & has guided me brilliantly throughout how this impacts me & my training. My experience with Emma has been amazing. She helped me navigate my return to the gym following a major operation with kindness, understanding & a bit of tough love when needed!
