I started my journey around a year and a half ago. Three and a half stone heavier with absolutely no love for myself or my body. My life had been constant yo yo dieting, on and off exercising and always wanting to be a size smaller than I was. I joined the Women's Power Project, not just for myself but for my daughter as well. I wanted my daughter to be brought up knowing the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle that she could maintain without choosing to restrict herself. My journey has been full of ups and downs. I have learned to love the body I am in through a lot of work on my mindset. I have learned that I absolutely LOVE exercise! Without the community I would still be stuck in the same cycle and have no understanding what it means to be fit, strong and healthy! Come and join an incredible group of women and really change your life for good!

Wow what a project. This is absolutely amazing. It is the greatest fitness and training routine you could ever need or do and is the best thing I've done for myself with such mind blowing results! A fantastic group of beautiful ladies who inspire me everyday.

An all round brilliant programme...

I joined this programme to get motivated again, I wasn't disappointed. This programme provided everything I needed and so much more. A well structured meal plan and an exercise regime all tailored to suit your personal needs and fitness levels/abilities. The programme has an amazing support network, whether it be online or on a Facebook page, with motivational speakers and classes online that can be accessed when it's convenient for you if you can't join the live classes.

A complete holistic approach...

I have been part of this community for 2.5 years, initially focussing on weight loss, and nutrition and lost 6 stone in my first year! I have maintained that loss for this period down to the guidance, support, habit changes that I made and also because my whole mindset and relationship with myself changed. A complete holistic approach within her programme which gives us all so much information, knowledge, learning and choice so we can change mindset, grow in confidence and be a strong powerful woman in our own bodies! I would recommend this approach to anyone who wants to change their eating habits, their body image and confidence about who they really are. Along with sharing the experience with an amazing group of like-minded ladies who love and support each other.

The project has changed my life in the best way possible learning all the new life skills and achieving training goals which is all down to this wonderful project.
