Food Education & Freedom

No meal plans you can't live with & no foods on a banned list. Just an education in food that leaves you free to eat like a normal person.

What this looks like

We look at what you're already eating & build from there — enough protein, enough energy, meals that suit your family & a structure that survives a takeaway, a birthday or a holiday.

You'll learn the why behind it all: portions, balance, hunger cues, eating out & how to keep progress going without tracking forever. The end point is food freedom, not another diet you'll come off.

What's included

  • Nutrition education instead of a rigid meal plan
  • Family-friendly, realistic food built around what you like
  • No banned foods — holidays & meals out included
  • Tools to keep results without tracking forever

Gained gym confidence & knowledge to train solo

I decided I needed to do something & get help with my nutrition, I've always been in the gym but knew I needed to get on track with my eating habits. Not only as part of my package I have a personal tailor made gym programme, I have PT & nutrition advice. This has enabled me to get out of my comfort zone & gain masses of confidence training by myself. My coach is amazing, with all her advice & support, & the difference I've found from other coaches, is she actually cares.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have to give up the foods I love?

No. There are no banned foods here. You'll learn how to fit takeaways, chocolate, birthdays & holidays into a way of eating that still gets results — restriction is exactly what we're moving away from.

Do you give meal plans?

Not rigid ones. Instead you get structure, guidance & education so you can build meals you actually enjoy — food you can feed a family, order in a restaurant & live with long after coaching ends.

Do I have to count calories or track forever?

Tracking can be a useful short-term learning tool, but it's never the end goal. The aim is food freedom — understanding portions, balance & hunger cues so you don't need an app to eat well.

Will this work around cooking for my family?

Yes — everything is built around real life. Meals are family-friendly, budget-aware & flexible, so you're never cooking two separate dinners or eating salad while everyone else has pizza.
