Hello beautiful lady I’m so glad you’re here 🙂 welcome to my website and The Women’s Power Project.

Share your struggles and work on feeling your best confident self knowing I’m am always on hand to guide you through the journey.

A Bit About Me
I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2017 whilst being based overseas in the UK Armed Forces after struggling myself for years with a knee injury, disordered eating and low body confidence I found my passion for helping others.

I started my PT journey working part time at The Sweat Bank alongside my full-time job as a Phase 2 Instructor in the Armed Forces. Since 2021 my client base, knowledge, skills and love of the industry has flourished. I took on the role as Head Coach for The Women’s Power Project after the founder, good friend and my coach at the time Laura retired.

I now offer a perfect blend of online, hybrid and face to face coaching packages to suit all budgets, training needs, specialising in complete beginners who want to get strong and learn the foundations of strength training to become the best version of themselves inside and out.

I believe that everyone can enjoy movement and food freedom with support, patience and commitment.
